Delete your account

From the app

1. Sign in as a parent, at plinkalo.com or in the app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and type delete to confirm.

It happens right away and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and nothing to cancel afterwards.

What gets deleted

If you started the family, your account takes the whole family with it — everyone loses access:

• every child, their coin balance, coin history and badges
• every task and prize, and everything already completed or claimed
• every parent in the family, including their sign-in details
• every device sign-in and notification registration

If you were invited into someone else's family, only your own account goes: your name, email address, password and device sign-ins. The family and its children carry on without you.

What we keep

Nothing. Deleted data is removed outright rather than hidden or archived, there is no retention window, and we keep no copy afterwards.

If you can't sign in

Email [email protected] from the address your account uses, and we'll delete it for you. It has to come from that address — it is how we confirm the account is yours, and we cannot act on a request sent from another one.
