What we store

Only what the app needs to work:

• Parents: nickname, email address and a hashed password, or, if you sign in with Google, the email address and name Google gives us. We never see your Google password.
• Children: the nickname, birth date and gender a parent enters, plus the tasks, coins, prizes and badges they earn in the app. Children do not have an email address or password — they sign in with a short PIN a parent creates.
• Family settings: your time zone and language.
• Devices: a sign-in token per device and, if you turn notifications on, a push notification token.

What we use it for

To run the app: showing each family its own tasks and prizes, sending the reminders and notifications you asked for, and emailing invites to parents you add. That is all. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data to profile you.

Who else sees it

Data is stored on our own server in the European Union. Two services help run the app:

• Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications, and Sign in with Google confirms your Google account if you choose to sign in that way.
• Our email provider — sends invite emails to parents you add.

Each receives only what it needs to do that one job.

Children

Children's accounts are created and controlled by a parent in the same family. A child cannot sign up on their own, and the app collects nothing from a child beyond what they do inside it: tasks completed and prizes claimed.

Deleting your data

A parent can delete their account from Settings in the app at any time. Deletion is immediate and complete — nothing is archived or kept. If you started the family, the whole family goes with you. Details: how to delete your account.
